We work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you receive will differ from the flowers photographed. We do guarantee that the colour palette and style of your bouquet will be very similar to the pictures. If there's any flowers you don't want us to use, please specify this in an email to prestburyflowers@gmail.com and  We'll do our best to meet your requirements.

Your bouquet will arrive in a small water pack. To keep your flowers as fresh as possible, keep it in its water pack and away from heat sources and drafts. The bouquet will remain fresh in the water pack overnight. When you are ready to use your bouquet, untie the water pack and dab the stems dry with a cloth.
